members of live creatros program cannot publish game for xbox one? - concept approval requires ID

I'm Xbox Live Creators Program member
do submission, step package
when try mark check-box "Windows 10 Xbox" got error message
"Because you’ve selected the Games category for this app, you must complete the concept
approval process before you can publish a submission targeting the Xbox device
family"
it seems that registration in ID Xbox is necessary to perform concept approval but have no idea how to fill "Apply to ID Xbox now" I'm not a company , how to fill that form, when it's seem to be only for companies
by me the state
""When you are ready to publish and sell games on Xbox One or take advantage of Xbox Live on Windows 10, you need to join the Xbox Live Creators Program or be an ID Xbox developer"
is not true
Hello there - you are hitting on one of the documented limitations of the Insider Program - namely, that you cannot publish your game with the Xbox Live integrations until the summer.
Once we open up the program outside of the Insider Program, you can publish the game without concept approval or by being part of ID#Xbox.
For now, you can integrate Xbox Live into your game for both PC and Xbox One - sideloading the game onto those devices - within your developer sandbox.

hello Ben
do you know when exactly publishing game will be possible
(what do Microsoft means by "summer")
Kris
We aren't ready to share the exact date, but stay tuned!
Also remember that if you need to publish your game before we allow publishing for Xbox Live Creators, you can disable the logic in your code and disable the setting in the Dev Center. That will allow you to publish to PC (although not Xbox).
Is this Possible Now ???

no, still NOT very frustrating (when I paid for, I didn’t noticed that limitation)
The Xbox Live Creators Program has launched: https://blogs.windows.com/buildingapps/2017/08/10/xbox-live-creators-program-now-live/
What issue are you seeing so we can walk you through the steps to resolve?
in the past I could send game to sandbox, couldn’t publish for xbox-one
now
even cannot compile
While trying to compile UWP project generated by Unity in Visual Studio, it throws following erros:
Metadata file '[ProjectRootDirectory]\GeneratedProjects\UWP\Assembly-CSharp-firstpass\bin\x86\Release\Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll' could not be found
Metadata file [ProjectRootDirectory]\GeneratedProjects\UWP\Assembly-CSharp-firstpass\bin\x86\Release\Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll' could not be found

exited with code 1.
Unity version 2017.1.0f3 (x64)
Visual Studio 2017 Community version 15.3.3
I think that's due to to an issue that Unity has when using Visual Studio 2017 15.3+ builds.
They fixed in their Patch 2017.1.0p5+ builds
https://unity3d.com/unity/qa/patch-releases
says
(none) - Universal Windows Platform: Fixed building generated UWP projects with Visual Studio 2017.3 when using .NET scripting backend
I've installed newest Unity - 2017.1.1p1
but now
there is no "Windows Store" build option but only "Universal Windows Platform".
I've installed "Windows Store .NET Scripting Backend" and "Windows Store IL2CPP Scripting Backend" modules both from unity installer and by seperate downloads.
I have Windows 10 with Win 10 SDK installed.
regards
Kris
You don't need the IL2CPP module. If you're still having problems check out

the problem is that in unity 2017.1.1p1 in
file \ Build Settings
there is NO platform "Windows store" for choose
if use platform “Universal Windows platform” then cannot send such project to store from VS
try to use steps described here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/xbox-apps/development-lanes-unity
or here:
https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/scripting/taking-unity-games-universal-windows-platform
but newest unity version do not work like that
(first difference is lack of option “Windows build support” in unity installer - don’t know is it important or not)
is there some up-to-date manual for current unity version how to send project to Windows Store?
maybe should use versions 5 instead od 2017?
anyone success?
"if use platform “Universal Windows platform” then cannot send such project to store from VS"
Why not? That's the proper choice for creating a VS project.
