Formatting an SD card once windows 10 is installed on it
Hello, I installed Windows 10 IOT Core (or whatever) on an SD card. Everything worked but the password was not correctly saved (either on the card or on paper) and So I determined a re-install would be in order. Now, the original install divided the memory card into 4 logical drives each using both NTSF and FAT32 which have replaced the Memory card 'identity'. The installer does not recognize the SD card as a single memory card, So I cannot right click and re-format it. SD Formatter does not see it as a card, so it will not formatted. The IoT Dashboard does not see it as an SD Card (even though it once did) and so cannot reinstall. How is this card to be reformatted? Thank you,
I found a link : http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/1446/how-can-i-reformat-my-sd-card-to-use-it-normally-again This describes how to use diskpart to clean the partitioned SD Card. It is running now , I did not use the 'quick' option.
