Windows Containers

Issue with running containers on docker- windows server 2016 standard

I have setup docker on windows server 2016 standard. But, when I try to run the image and create container after pulling the image, it is creating the container but it is not running. I tried with reinstalling docker and using multiple images but no luck.
I tried to debug using the following command. Please help me out with this issue. Thank you.

There are some old threads on this issue - but I thought we had fixed it.

How are you installing docker? What commands are you using to pull images and run containers?
