Windows Containers
Hyper-V Error - the operation cannot be performed while the object is in its current state
I began getting this error only after I attempted to enable nesting on my Server 2012 R2. I realize now that I need a host with the lastest/same Hyper-v build as the guest in order to take advantage of windows containers. Now, every time I have this error (which is every time I turnoff/restart a VM) I am forced to restart my host server... quite annoying. If anyone has seen this issue before or has advise please let me know. This issue has been replicated on a windows vm as well as a linux vm; new vm's, old vm's, recreated vm's, etc. Server Manager gives one error for this: 18190 - "Worker process health is critical for virtual machine 'VM.'
Furthermore, this is the script I used: Invoke-WebRequest https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Microsoft/Virtualization-Documentation/master/hyperv-tools/Nested/Enable-NestedVm.ps1 -OutFile ~/Enable-NestedVm.ps1 ~/Enable-NestedVm.ps1 -VmName "DemoVM"
